Start a new game / or load your game. Save the game in slot1. Copy the JA2Patch.exe into your savegamedir and start it. Now switch back to JA2 and load your game. Here you go: 16.000.000,00 on your account.

This one is trainer to german Jagged Alliance 2 version 1.01. So you need the german JA2 and the 1.01 patch to use it. I don't have the german version so I don't really have a clue what this trainer does.
