First clear out the ground floor, then locate a stairway from the main bulding. Gather your team and climb down the stairway to the basement.. Kill all the resistance.

Then find this swich, shown on the picture right, to open the prison cell doors. (The other swich is used to lock the doors to the centre).. Dynamo is located in the cell shown left. Be sure that Vicky talks to him, cause others might not get him to join your cause. TIP from First2die: You can also use shadow if you first click frendly, click recruit - he will say no, click direct, click recruit again, he will change his mind, and join your team.....
